It’s Our 5th Birthday!

The Arts VA started five years ago (and we’re nearing our 100th blog post)! To celebrate, we thought we’d share five of our blogs that we feel are a must read.

The Arts News

  • Anna Farthing has been appointed as the chief executive of New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth. Previously director of civic and cultural engagement at Arts University Bournemouth, she will take up the role from September 4.

  • Ana Villafañe will star as Ava Gardner with Phoebe Panaretos as Nancy Sinatra in the new show Sinatra the Musical. The production will run at the Birmingham Rep from September 23 to October 28, also starring Matt Doyle as Frank Sinatra.
